Joining Escom in 2019 Duncan has worked in Financial Services since 2001 and has been an IFA since 2009. Duncan provides independent advice on all aspects of financial planning including Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning, Mortgages and Protection, to a broad range of individual and corporate clients of all ages.
Outside of work he can be found walking with his wife and two children on one of the many hills around Shropshire, hurling down the side of a mountain on his bike or snowboard and enjoying the occasional round of golf.
Jess is involved in all aspects of the day to day running of the practice. Originally from a banking background she takes pride in the smooth operation of the business and maintaining service standards.

Mark originally trained as an Accountant and became an Independent Financial Advisor in 2001. Mark provides a full range of advice to both corporate and individual clients and is particularly active advising on Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning and Finance. Mark seeks to provide comprehensive and flexible planning solutions.
Away from work Mark enjoys an active lifestyle playing golf, running, walking, cycling and sailing. He is passionate about travel and art and a keen rugby fan.
