Andrew Wolfe

Expertise Andrew Wolfe, a fully qualified Chartered Accountant, has responsibility for Group accounting and tax, including managing the REIT requirements, preparing Group annual budgets and forecasts, quarterly debt compliance, acquisition modelling and providing the Executive team with up to date financial and property metrics for Board meetings and investor presentations. Andrew spent 3 years working at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Financial Services sector, having an array of investment banking and private equity clients, most notably Barclays Investment Bank. Andrew was also selected to spend 6 months in Stockholm, working at SEB bank, one of the biggest investment banks in Scandinavia. Following on from his time at PwC, he spent 2 years as a Group Finance Manager for a listed hotel property group, easyHotel Plc, where he was responsible for the restructuring and implementation of new finance systems, preparing the management accounts and board packs, managing the finance team, and preparing property investment proposals.

Chris Petrie

Daniel Davies

Daniel has joined Palace Capital as a Senior Asset Manager having qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2003. Daniel brings extensive experience of asset management having spent 12 years at Telereal Trillium, one of the UKs largest property companies. His end-to-end capabilities encompass asset management, investment acquisitions, project management, disposals and development, as well as day-to-day estate operations. In his last 18 months at Telereal Trillium, Daniel was seconded to NHS Property Services to setup, run and expand their professional services team. Prior to this position, he spent four years at Nelson Bakewell, where his role included investment, agency and property management for blue chip companies such as AXA and Boots.

Jonathan Butcher

Mark Davies

Expertise Mark Davies, ACA is a highly experienced FTSE250 executive, with extensive experience as Chairman, CEO and CFO in listed companies and private equity. He was a Co-founder Director of New River REIT plc ("New River") and helped take the Company from IPO to the FTSE250 in seven years. He was CFO of New River for over twelve years and, working alongside his role as CFO, was also CEO/Chairman of Hawthorn Leisure Limited ("Hawthorn") for five years. Mark stood down from the Board of New River following the announcement of the sale of Hawthorn in July 2021 but remained as CEO of Hawthorn until its successful sale to Admiral Taverns in August 2021. Mark is chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and the Remuneration Committee and is the Senior Independent Director.

Matthew Simpson - CFO

I am pleased to be adding my experience and proactive approach to the Palace Capital financial management strategy, with special attention paid to changes we will see over the next 5 years in commercial property management. Expertise Matthew Simpson, ACCA qualified, oversees the operations of the finance team and has responsibility across the Group as part of Exco. Matt is also involved with the ESG Committee as well as overseeing the Workforce Advisory Panel. Previously part of the financial management team at Private Equity firm CIT Group Partners LLP, Matthew is focused on detail and enhancing the structures to ensure the business manages its finances as proactively and effectively as possible. Matthew Simpson is also an avid sports fan, a passion he brings into his work ethos as a competitive and determined individual that enjoys challenges. Matthew is happy to be part of the Palace Capital growth story and help deliver the systems to ensure no detail is forgotten. Matthew has an extensive understanding in commercial property transactions in Central London and across Germany having worked with regional offices in these parts of the world, and looks forward to bringing these experiences into Palace Capital's regional investment plan.

Phil Higgins - Secretary

Phil was appointed Company Secretary in December 2021. Expertise Phil was previously acting Company Secretary at Kier Group plc and has significant experience in the listed property sector having been Deputy Company Secretary at Land Securities Group plc and interim Deputy at intu properties plc. Phil has senior level experience in FTSE100 and FTSE250 retail, utilities and engineering companies and professional services firms during his over 20 years as a Chartered Secretary. Phil is a Fellow of the Corporate Governance Institute. We continue to develop our stakeholder and industry relationships to enhance the company's growth opportunities and create brand recognition for the firm.

Steven Owen

Steven was appointed by the Board as independent non-executive Chairman in December 2021, becoming Chairman on 1 January 2022 and Interim Executive Chairman on 14 June 2022. Expertise Steven is the Non-Executive Chairman of FTSE 250 property investment group Primary Health Properties plc ("PHP") having been appointed Chairman in April 2018. He was appointed to the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director in January 2014 becoming chairman of the Audit Committee and Senior Independent Director in April 2014. Steven has overseen PHP's significant corporate activity in the period including its merger with MedicX Fund Limited in 2019 and the internalisation of its management structure in January 2021 with both transactions creating significant shareholder value. Steven began his earlier career with KPMG before moving into property with Brixton plc where he became Finance Director and subsequently Deputy Chief Executive. Steven is a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
