MEDICAL & FINANCIAL - Key Persons
Justine has been specialising with doctors for over 19 years. She has a wealth of experience dealing with the financial needs of Consultants and GPs for pension planning and their wider financial requirements. After serving a seven year short service commission in the Royal Air Force Justine began her financial services career with Clerical Medical Investment Group, specialising with professional clients. She moved to Wesleyan Medical Sickness where she worked solely with medical and dental professionals for many years.
Justine and a colleague, Simon Dickerson, set up Medical & Financial Ltd 10 years ago as an independent financial consultancy service exclusively for doctors and dentists throughout the UK to provide a professional and personal service tailored to the individual client's requirements, covering all aspects of financial planning.
Being independent means that Justine works directly for her clients, researching the market on their behalf to find the most appropriate solution to the client's query.
Simon started his working life in the legal profession and began his financial services career in 1990 working with the Britannia Building Society as a branch manager. Simon then worked for Wesleyan Medical Sickness for 7 years specialising in providing advice to the medical and dental professions as well as undertaking a range of training and management rolls within the organisation. Simon and a colleague Justine Roberts set up Medical & Financial Ltd 10 years ago, as an independent financial consultancy service exclusively for Doctors and Dentists throughout the UK to provide a professional and personal service tailored to the individual client's requirements, covering all aspects of financial planning.

After a 15 year career in the oil exploration industry worldwide, Tim began his career in Financial Services in 1995 advising professional clients with Clerical Medical prior to joining the Wesleyan for 12 years, mostly with Wesleyan Medical Sickness where he specialized with Medical and Dental clients. He has a particularly good understanding of GPs circumstances and requirements, and is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters.
