Jake Denman

As the Permanent Director of CPS Group, Jake is responsible for all permanent recruitment activities in both our Cardiff & Bristol offices, encompassing both CPS and FaulknerScott. His primary objective is to lead and manage our consultants to provide exceptional service to our clients in their quest for top talent. With years of experience in the recruitment industry, Jake started as a high-performing recruitment consultant specialising in the IT Development market. He is passionate about his role and enjoys working with talented recruitment consultants to help them achieve their professional and personal goals. His experience and leadership skills enable him to drive the team to deliver outstanding results and build long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Jason Grandin - CEO, Founder

Laura Williams

Nick Louden - CFO

Nick is a seasoned CFO and qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience across various sectors. He has successfully served on the boards of both UK-based and global businesses, covering a wide range of industries, including service, consultancy, manufacturing, distribution, and construction-related sectors. From 2005 to 2013, Nick worked in the private equity arena, gaining valuable experience in delivering returns to both UK and overseas investors. He has a proven track record in driving finance and operational system improvements, fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, profit improvement programs, turnarounds, restructuring and exit processes. Nick's vast experience has equipped him with a unique perspective and skill set.

Sean Walsh
