Jon is a founding director who moved from law to legal recruitment in 1994. He set up gmk in 1998 with Lynne McCarroll and has developed the business into one of the leading legal recruitment companies in the UK. He focuses both on placing Associates, PSLs, and Partners.
Outside of work, Jon enjoys cycling, watching football and dealing with the demands of 2 teenage sons.

Liam heads up the In-House division of gmk, with particular focus in the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe and Middle East.
