Carin has over 30 years of experience as a banker and builder of businesses in nutraceuticals, medical devices and animal health, focusing on solutions to significant problems. She is an investor, experienced board member and Chairs the board of a large international aid organisation.
Gareth has worked in the biotech industry for 12 years and has developed 5 patents and co-authored 10 academic papers on natural product extraction, synthesis and applications.
Harriet has worked in Drug Discovery and Development for over 30 years. She previously led DMPK teams at GSK and Servier and sat on International Project teams in early Drug Development.
Lucy is an expert in cell and molecular biology with broad experience in neuroscience, rare genetic disease and antimicrobial drug discovery. Prior to joining Neem, she worked for the Welsh Government providing scientific evidence for policy.
Phil is a chemist with many years experience in drug discovery. Before joining Neem in an advisory capacity in 2018, he was working in the Galapagos group as Managing Director of Fidelta and before that as VP Research Operations.
Stewart has over 10 years of experience as a Compliance Specialist, with specific focus on Quality Management Systems in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices industry. With a PhD in Microbiology and an eye for detail, Stewart's approach is pragmatic and sensible, championing user safety and product quality.
