Abhishek is a Managing Director and specialises in the Asset Management, Alternatives Investment, Private Equity and Real Estate business in the EMEA region. Abhishek focuses on senior executive search and works in partnership with a range of clients including Institutional Investors, Pension Funds, Endowments, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Asset Managers, Alternative Investors, Private Equity and Real Estate firms. In addition, he leads the Global Functions and Financial Officers practice in the Middle East. Before joining Sheffield Haworth he previously worked in the Global Financial Services practice at Heidrick & Struggles, where he executed searches across functional and specialist areas in financial services.

Adam is a Managing Director in the Consulting & Professional Services practice, based in the London office. He jointly leads the EMEA Services practice and has a particular focus on the Consulting market. He has been in the Executive Search industry for over twenty years. Prior to Sheffield Haworth he founded merlinspencer in 2008, before joining the leadership team of nbi in 2016. He moved to Sheffield Haworth in 2017 as part of their acquisition of nbi Consulting. Adam's clients span Strategy, Operations, Technology and Digital and he has operated across most industry sectors. He has worked extensively with the Big 4 but has also supported the growth of numerous small to mid-sized consultancies through practice builds, market mapping, insight and executive search. He has a track record of developing long-term partnerships with clients, working hand-in-hand with their talent teams to help achieve their strategic growth objectives.

Adam Gillibrand is a Managing Director in the Global Banking practice based in Sydney. Adam has an impeccable track record in advising the leadership of many of the world's leading financial institutions on strategy and execution of human capital and talent initiatives. His focus has been on all aspects of the investment banking suite for global and regional investment banks, boutique advisory firms and private equity firms. Adam has led senior-level search mandates, including individual target hires and team build outs and has successfully led and executed several consulting projects focused on competitor intelligence and overall market analysis. Adam also provides competitive intelligence management scans, management and cultural assessments with the Sheffield Haworth assessment team, benchmarking and succession planning, market sentiment analysis, and compensation analytics and advisory. Adam has led a process-driven, research-intensive methodology which truly differentiates Sheffield Haworth from the competition. Previously, Adam was at Options Group where he was a Managing Partner. He re-joined the Options Group in 2016 following its acquisition of Broadstreet Global, a firm he founded in 2009. Adriaan is an Executive Director in the Consulting Practice at Sheffield Haworth. His core experience is in business and technology transformation within financial services - both buy side and sell side. Adriaan works closely with a range of clients as a trusted advisor helping them to solve complex issues and deliver successful outcomes across Risk, Regulatory and Technology Change. Adriaan joined SH Consulting in 2015, which was acquired by Sheffield Haworth in 2019, where he started as an Engagement Manager driving business growth and supporting the delivery of strategic and tactical change programmes. He works closely with a range of Investment Banks and Asset and Wealth Managers providing them with specialists for Change and Transformation initiatives. He has developed excellent relationships with clients delivering Consultancy engagements for Front, Middle and Back Office solutions and system implementations. He is also Chair of the Group's Executive Management Committee. Alex focuses on senior executive search in financial services, working in partnership with a range of clients including Institutional Investors, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Asset Managers, Alternative Investors and Investment Banks. Alex has a notable track record of executing senior searches across several different functional and specialist areas, including at Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer level. Alex has 20 years of experience in executive search and advisory for a range of clients and has worked at SH Global since 2004, having worked across practices and geographies, performing a variety of leadership roles. Previously, Amit worked at Egon Zehnder where he spent six and a half years as a Research Analyst in the Global Services Practice. He was primarily focused on the professional services segment working with clients including McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, Alvarez & Marsal, Hilti, Linedata, Volkswagen Consulting and Accenture on Partner level searches. Prior to this he was in the Research Operations team within the firm where he supported search teams globally and led a team of Researchers. Amit started his career with CARMA international, a UK based company engaged in media research activities. Personally, he is particularly focused on the Global Technology, Management & Strategy Consulting sectors, having delivered retained executive searches along with diversity, company and team acquisition programmes across more than 30 countries. Ben joined Sheffield Haworth in 2017 as part of the acquisition of nbi Consulting where he was CEO & Managing Partner. Alongside his practice and client leadership roles, Ben is also a member of the Sheffield Haworth Group Executive Management Committee. After graduating from Aston Business School, he began his career in the Consulting and Outsourcing sector before making the transition into Executive Search.

Bruce is a Managing Director in the Asset Management practice based in Hong Kong. Previously, he was Managing Director at Jefferies Financial Group where he was part of the leadership group that built out the Jefferies franchise in Asia. He led the Asian Equities sales divisions in Europe before moving to Hong Kong in 2013 where he was Head of Asia Sales. He and his team established Jefferies as the most successful new entrant into the equity market working with major asset management firms , Sovereign Wealth Funds and hedge funds. Most recently he established M Science, a Jefferies portfolio company, and alternative data research provider in Hong Kong.
He began his career at Baring Securities ( ING Barings) and was an Executive Director at Credit Suisse and Managing Director at Nomura where he had responsibility for Asia ex Japan equity sales in Europe. He graduated from Exeter University with a BA Hons. in Economics and Politics.

Prior to joining Sheffield Haworth, Charles was instrumental in developing the Investment Banking and Asset Management businesses at his previous search firm.

Damian is responsible for the Energy & Natural Resources (ENR) Practice globally following four distinct themes: i. Energy & Power ii. Sustainable Resources, iii. Technology Enabled New Energies and iv. Carbon. The practice forms part of the Real Assets group working alongside Infrastructure and Real Estate. He has completed critical mandates from the C Suite down; across EMEA, APAC and the Americas drawing on two decades of experience advising corporates, trade houses, asset managers and investment banks on the threats and challenges facing their markets and the positioning of their businesses.
As the business has developed Damian has worked to expand the firm's coverage to include mid-Stream Energy infrastructure portfolio companies. Working on succession planning, perception studies and executive level leadership mandates across the sector. Additionally, the practice has been active in sustainability, impact investing and more recently in energy transition. Damian was amongst the first to align with technology enablers and disruptors, working on mandates in new energies, sustainability, climate tech and ESG.

Dan partners with with Deep Tech businesses across Europe, covering a broad range of technologies including Semiconductor, Photonics, Robotics, Space Tech, EV, Battery Tech, Nanomaterials, Sensor, Energy and Industrial IoT. Dan has a specific focus on Executive Level and Board hires across C-suite, President, VP, SVP, Director, NED, and Chair. He has over 10 years' experience recruiting within the Technology and Engineering sector throughout the UK, Europe, and APAC. He began his career in executive search at Eden Scott in 2010. In 2012, he relocated to Singapore to gain international experience before returning to Eden Scott in Edinburgh. Throughout his career he has developed a real passion for the Deep Tech sector, contributing to the growth of start-up and scale-up businesses who develop and manufacture disruptive, state of the art technology.
