Benjamin Wyatt, Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development, is responsible for driving growth by creating, assessing and managing business opportunities including potential acquisitions, mergers, and partnerships as well as working with all members of the Executive Team on the company's strategic priorities.
Ben joined TransAct in 2008 as Vice President, Business Development, bringing extensive business development and mergers & acquisitions experience, having worked on over a dozen different successful transactions worth over $1 billion in total and leading the integration efforts for many of those acquisitions. Leaving the company in 2014, Ben spent time as an independent consultant as well as starting his own business before returning to his current position in 2023.

Brent Richtsmeier is the CTO for Transact Technologies Inc. Brent joined TransAct in 2019 and is a champion of innovations in the mobile, IoT, cloud, and AI space. Brent was the VP of Development for Samsung for over a decade, where he was responsible for software strategy, software development at scale, and business development. During his tenure, the team delivered key innovation with Samsung Cloud Print, integration with several Amazon Services as well as the rollout of SmartUX, a Samsung App Ecosystem enabling B2B innovation using the Android Platform.
Brent has been involved in both sides of technology acquisitions and was one of the core members that formed and chaired the foundation of the Mopria Industry Alliance and the deployment of Mopria Scan, Print, and Cloud Technology to over one billion mobile devices. Brent has many patents in the industry, hosts innovation jams, and has written several articles around the topics of mobility, security, and how technology is transforming businesses. Brent has a BS in Engineering from North Dakota State University, Masters of Engineering in Engineering Management from the University of California San Diego, and completed his Samsung Executive Education at Harvard Business School.
John Dillon was appointed CEO of TransAct on April 4, 2023. John has been a Board member since 2011, is an experienced executive, and has previously served as the CEO of several companies. He is Chairman of Aerospike, Inc. and previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Aerospike, Chief Executive Officer Engine Yard, Inc., Chief Executive Officer of Navis, Inc., Chief Executive Officer of Salesforce.com, and President & Chief Executive Officer of Hyperion Solutions.
He began his career as a Systems Engineer for EDS (Electronic Data Systems) and then moved into a variety of sales management positions for various high-tech companies, including Oracle Corporation. Mr. Dillon received an undergraduate degree from United States Naval Academy and an MBA from Golden Gate University.

Lynn Kozlowski, is Vice President, Human Resources for TransAct, leading the company's human resources function globally. In this role, Lynn develops and implements human resource practices and programs to drive excellence on the company's key business initiatives.
Lynn has more than 22 years of human resources and management experience. Prior to joining TransAct, Lynn held various HR leadership positions, for publicly held manufacturers in the Aerospace and Defense, Technology, and start-up companies.
Lynn holds a degree from Westminster College, London, England and is a certified member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP). More recently earned a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Certificate, Cornell University.

Miguel Ortiz, Sr. Vice President, Marketing, is responsible for the company's Marketing and Product Management functions. He has been with TransAct since 2015 and has had roles of increasing responsibility. Miguel has over 20 years of experience in Marketing, Product Management as well as Brand Management. While at DYMO / Newell Brands, he developed and launched products that combined hardware, software, and label components to create a highly profitable, recurring revenue product category for the company. Ortiz subsequently worked in Newell's Endicia internet postage brand and was responsible for the Mailing Solutions subscription-based business. Miguel holds a B.S. in Leadership & Management from New York University.

Steve DeMartino, President and Chief Financial Officer, has responsibility for the company's overall operating strategy as well as the company's finance, information technology and human resources functions. He has been with TransAct since 1996, most recently serving as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary. Steve also held the position of Vice President and Corporate Controller. Prior to joining TransAct, Steve worked as Controller for Copart, Inc. (NASDAQ: CPRT), a leading provider of salvage vehicle auction and remarketing services in the United States, Canada and the UK. Steve also worked as Senior Accountant for PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Steve holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross and an MBA from the University of Connecticut. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Tracey S. Winslow, Chief Revenue Officer, is responsible for developing and executing TransAct's global business strategies for TransAct's Global Casino, Gaming and Lottery sales and Food Service Technologies divisions.
Winslow joined TransAct in 2005 as Senior Vice President, Marketing, bringing in-depth understanding and extensive experience in global marketing strategies to TransAct as the company expanded international initiatives and implemented growth strategies across its entire business. In 2006, she was named Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing for the Point-of-Sale and Banking Business. In 2007, Winslow moved to Las Vegas and assumed responsibility for product sales and marketing for the Casino and Gaming industry. Wnslow was promoted to her current position in 2010.
Prior to joining TransAct, Winslow had a successful 22-year career at Xerox Corporation, and was Worldwide Marketing Manager, Production Color Marketing at the time of her departure.
Winslow holds a B.S. from Palm Beach Atlantic University and an MBA from the nationally ranked Goizueta Business School at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Winslow serves on the Board of Health Bridges International and is an active participant in the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM).
