Our fusion of modern and traditional Bangladeshi and Indian cuisine offers you a delightful culinary experience. In addition to the typical dishes found in most Indian or Bangladeshi resturaunts, we provide a fine range of fresh seafood and vegetarian dishes and many unique recipes from our highly trained and experienced Head Chef. Come and enjoy the best of Baldock at the Chilli Lounge... But Bangladesh is not my only home: I am a British Asian and firmly believe in giving back to the community here which has given me so much. That is partly why I chose the Garden House Hospice as our charity partner for the Chilli Lounge restaurant. As you may know, the Hospice is only partly-funded by the government and is faced with the challenge of finding £1,000,000 on its own to continue to offer its wonderful services every year.
