Alison Harbrecht - CFO, President

Alison Harbrecht is GDIT's senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer, reporting to President Amy Gilliland. Alison is responsible for all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning and reporting, accounting, government compliance and project financial management and control. Since joining General Dynamics Corporation in 2003, Alison has served in a number of accounting, finance and leadership roles, most recently as staff vice president of investor relations for General Dynamics Corporation. Prior to General Dynamics, she served in financial and audit positions at Arthur Andersen and Navigant Consulting. Alison earned a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Virginia and is a certified public accountant in the state of Virginia.

Amy Gilliland - President

Amy Gilliland is president of General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), a business unit of General Dynamics Corporation. GDIT is a $8.5B global technology enterprise with operations in 30 countries worldwide and 30,000 technologists and services professionals delivering critical mission capabilities across defense, civilian and intelligence agencies. Gilliland has more than 25 years of public sector experience including service in the U.S. Navy and nearly two decades in leadership positions at General Dynamics. Under Gilliland's leadership, GDIT has embarked on a growth strategy focused on in-demand technology market areas such as artificial intelligence/machine learning, cloud and cybersecurity. This strategy includes building a diverse network of partners that bring commercial technology to government missions, resulting in more innovative solutions. As president, Gilliland has built an employee-focused culture that delivers mission critical solutions with speed and accountability. This involves equipping the workforce with advanced technical skills and certifications and developing thousands of early career professionals to meet the evolving requirements of customers today and into the future. Prior to her current role as president, Gilliland served as deputy for operations at GDIT. She has also held a variety of leadership roles at General Dynamics including senior vice president of human resources and administration, chief of staff for the chief executive officer and staff vice president of strategic planning, and staff vice president of investor relations. Before joining General Dynamics, Gilliland served in the U.S. Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer, Congressional Affairs Liaison Officer and Public Affairs Officer. She earned a bachelor's degree with distinction from the U.S. Naval Academy, a master's degree from Cambridge University and a master's degree in business administration from Georgetown University. Gilliland was elected to the Board of Directors of BNY Mellon in April 2021 and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Economic Club of Washington, DC, as well as Vice Chair for the Northern Virginia Technology Council. She has been recognized as one of Virginia Business Magazine's 50 Most influential Virginians, a Washingtonian Tech Titan and is a seven-time Wash100 award winner. She is also involved in raising Rett Syndrome awareness through the Rett Syndrome Research Trust.

Ben Gianni - CTO, President, SVP

Ben Gianni is GDIT's Chief Technology Officer and senior vice president reporting to President Amy Gilliland. Ben leads the company's evolving development and application of solutions, key capabilities and contributions on behalf of GDIT's many valued alliance partners. Ben previously served as GDIT's Defense CTO. Prior to GDIT, Ben served as the vice president for delivery within the intelligence division at CSRA as well as vice president for the civil group and various leadership roles at CSC. Ben earned his bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a master's degree in computer science from the Johns Hopkins University.

Brian Sheridan - SVP

Brian Sheridan is GDIT's senior vice president for the defense and the intelligence and homeland security (interim) division, reporting to President Amy Gilliland. He oversees the delivery of mission-critical services and solutions to the U.S. Department of Defense and other government customers. Brian previously served as vice president and general manager of the Joint, Air Force, Naval and Coalition sector within the defense division. Prior to GDIT, Brian was the general manager of Bechtel's defense and security business line, where he was responsible for leading complex engineering and construction projects and managing the operations of advanced technology test facilities. He also worked for the Department of Defense in a variety of leadership roles, culminating in service as assistant secretary of defense, special operations and low intensity conflict. He started his career with the Central Intelligence Agency. Brian earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Boston College, a master of science degree in foreign service from Georgetown University, and a master of business administration degree from the University of Chicago.

James Hannah

James Hannah is GDIT's global chief information officer and senior vice president for supply chain, reporting to President Amy Gilliland. James leads the company's information technology strategic plan in the areas of enterprise, business application, data centers, wide-area networks and customer service. He also oversees supply chain management, including direct and indirect procurement and sourcing. James previously served as deputy chief information officer, overseeing the delivery of critical business systems, architecture, engineering and operations for all GDIT corporate IT services. Prior to joining GDIT, he held senior roles in the financial services, healthcare and defense industries. James earned his bachelor's degree from Hofstra University and received his MBA from Florida Atlantic University.

Kamal Narang - SVP

Kamal Narang is senior vice president for GDIT's federal health sector, reporting to federal civilian division senior vice president Paul Nedzbala. Kamal oversees the strategic direction of teams delivering mission-critical IT services and solutions to federal health agencies, including the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Military Health System. Prior to GDIT, Kamal held senior leadership roles in the federal health IT industry at Constella Group, SRA, and CSRA. Kamal earned a bachelor's degree in physics and computer science from the University of Mumbai, a master's degree in computer science from Johns Hopkins University, and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Maryland.

Kyle McNamara - Chief Legal Officer, President, SVP

Kyle McNamara is GDIT's senior vice president and general counsel, reporting to President Amy Gilliland. As GDIT's chief legal officer, Kyle manages the company's legal strategy and oversees all legal affairs at GDIT, including litigation, investigations and the negotiation of significant business transactions. Prior to GDIT, Kyle served as staff vice president and associate general counsel for General Dynamics Corporation. There he provided legal advice and strategic guidance to senior management on a wide variety of corporate, transactional, M&A and governance matters. Kyle received his juris doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School and earned a bachelor's degree from American University. He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and the State Bar of Texas.

Paul Tartaglione is GDIT's Chief Growth Officer and senior vice president, reporting to President Amy Gilliland. He is responsible for GDIT's enterprise growth strategy and business development initiatives. Paul has 20 years of experience helping federal customers navigate complex challenges and drive more efficient and effective outcomes using artificial intelligence (AI), next-generation data solutions, cybersecurity, advanced software development, and more. His experience spans the complete consulting life cycle from initial diagnosis through design and implementation. Prior to joining GDIT, Paul was a senior vice president leading growth and execution for a division at Booz Allen Hamilton. Paul earned a bachelor's degree in psychology, and health and society, and a master of business administration degree, both from the University of Rochester.
