Cindy is a member of the Fairchild team. She assists with UCC searches, and specializes in conducting US District Court, US Bankruptcy Court, and county searches. She is our go to person when it comes to UCC searches in the State of Washington, AL, DE, KY, MA, NY.
In her spare time she likes being outdoors, bicycling, taking walks, listening to music & exploring new places.
Debbie manages the Registered Agent Services we offer nationwide, as well as in the US Territories and Canada, and oversees Contractors Licensing. She specializes in conducting UCC, Fixture, Tax Lien, Litigation, US District Court, and US Bankruptcy Court searches in the following states: AR, CT, LA, NH, OK, PA, VT & VA.
Debbie loves bowling and spending time with her grandchildren. On weekends, you can often find her spending time outdoors, or at home working on crafting.
As the company's President, Fanny oversees the day-to-day operation of the Fairchild office. She specializes in domestic and international corporate work, filing and retrieving documents including but not limited to: Certificates of Formation, Good Standings, Apostilles, and Legalizations. She specializes in conducting UCC, Fixture, Tax Lien, Litigation, US District Court and US Bankruptcy Court searches in the following states: AK, DC, GA, KS, ME, MN, SC, & WV.
When she's not at the office, Fanny loves bowling, heading out to the beach, and spending time with family.
Jake is our in-house notaries. His specialties include background searches as well as corporate work outside of the State of Washington. Additionally, he specializes in conducting UCC, Fixture, Tax Lien, Litigation, US District Court and US Bankruptcy Court searches in the following states: MI, ND, NE, NJ, NM & UT. He also conducts vessel searches and vital statistic requests for birth, death certificates, and more.
Renee C. Ries founded Fairchild Record Search in 1980. Ries hails from Freeman, South Dakota, and is an alumna of St. Martin's University in Lacey, WA, where she studied English Literature.
An avid philanthropist and supporter of the Arts, Ries serves on numerous Boards of Directors in Thurston County, and volunteers her time for many local fundraising events. Ries is a Past President and a current Board Member of the Olympia Symphony Orchestra, and a member of the Downtown Olympia Rotary Club. She is on the SMU President's Council, and the University of Washington Advisory Committee for the School of Music. She also participates in the Arts Alliance of Downtown Olympia and is a trustee for the Thurston County Chamber of Commerce. Ries was named "Woman of Influence" by the Business Examiner in 2010. Fairchild is the proud recipient of "Small Business of the Year 2012", awarded by the Thurston Economic Development Council.
She is an active member of the National Public Records Retriever Network as well as the National Federation of Independent Business.
Shantelle (aka Shay) is a member of the Fairchild team. She assists with our UCC search & filing, and specializes in conducting US District Court, US Bankruptcy Court, and county searches. She is our go to person when it comes to UCC filing nationwide and UCC searches in CA, HI, ID, IL, IN, NC, OR, SD, TN.
