SALUS - Key Persons

Amy Vitoria

I was first introduced to yoga whilst growing up in Asia, and continued to discover it's full benefit when learning about meditation and mindfulness as therapy options during my Psychology degree. Soon after I fell in love with the practice and went on to complete my 200hr Yoga Teacher training in 2018 in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. I've subsequently done additional courses in both mindfulness and the Psychology of Wellbeing. I love how the practice brings together the mind and body, moving with the breath to create a flowing meditation. Alongside teaching vinyasa classes, I have also taught specialist workshops for those going through the menopause, with chronic fatigue and office workers, ensuring that the benefits of yoga are accessible for everyone.
