Tangent provides repair support and part replacement/acquisition services for Out of Warranty Tangent units. There is a $175 flat rate repair fee as well as part replacement costs (if necessary). Costs are determined on a per unit basis... Tangent provides a limited warranty on non-Tangent Manufactured parts or peripherals purchased through Tangent. Tangent warranties these products for a period of thirty (30) days from date of invoice. After 30 days, warranties, if provided, are available from the original manufacturer... Tangent offers technical support and customer service through our professionally trained and certified support staff. When you contact Tangent Tech Support, we will ask you to participate in limited, phone-based troubleshooting to help identify the cause of the problem. Tangent Tech Support's focus on remote troubleshooting helps expedite the service you need to quickly get back to using your technology with minimum downtime.
