Alistair joined Sure in June 2017 and became CEO in July 2021 having previously been in the positions of Chief Business Officer and having responsibility for the South Atlantic and Diego operations. Alistair's extensive international telecoms experience had previously seen him in commercial roles at Vodafone in the UK, Czech Republic and Qatar, and then moving to Digicel in the Caribbean where he was Regional CEO of Bermuda, Cayman and Turks & Caicos.

Chris leads the legal and regulatory strategy for the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, ensuring it helps the business achieve its commercial objectives. She has extensive experience in telecoms regulation and competition policy, having worked for the UK telecoms regulator Oftel (the predecessor of Ofcom) as well as for international telecoms firms in the Caribbean and London. Chris holds a BSc and MSc in economics and a diploma in competition law.

Christine joined Sure with almost two decades of experience in the telecoms sector. She has brought with her a wealth of technical knowledge and an understanding of the value of excellent customer relationships, all of which she puts to work in her role managing our relationship with the Manx government.

Cyrille joined Sure in September 2013 to head up a newly merged division incorporating planning, operations and maintenance as we focus on making some major investments in network infrastructure to deliver the next generation of high speed voice, data and video services to meet the future needs of our customers. Cyrille has 20 years' experience in the telecommunications industry which has seen him work across the Far East and Europe, most recently for Cable & Wireless Communications in Monaco.
Gary is an expert with over 20 years of experience identifying IT and communication solutions. He also has a wealth of experience of cloud services, unified communications and security services and provides unified, bespoke solutions to keep clients connected.

Lucienne has responsibility for the development and implementation of people strategy to support Sure's business plan. Her focus is to develop and inspire Sure's skilled and enthusiastic staff members to ensure that the company continues to provide high quality customer service across the business. Lucienne has 15 years' experience in HR, is MCIPD-qualified and holds a BSc in Psychology.
Marcus works with business customers to deliver exceptional customer service and consultations to advise which products and solutions are the best fit for them. He has over 25 years' experience in telecommunications sales, having worked for the likes of Samsung, Blackberry, and BT in high-level roles. He prides himself on working with customers of all levels of understanding and delivers his consultations with expertise, professionalism, and a friendly face.
As an Account Director for Sure, Michael will be working with our business customers to provide solutions and services that best fit their needs. Michael's experience in relationship management makes him extremely knowledgeable about the challenges, drivers and priorities faced by organisations of all sizes. Michael will utilise all the expertise and solutions in Sure's portfolio to assist organisations in this rapidly changing world.

Mike has over 20 years experience in telecommunications and IT across multiple business sectors including manufacturing, finance, ICT and telecommunications. Over the last decade he has played an active and leading role in developing the island's telecommunication products and services. As Chief Executive of Sure Isle of Man he is responsible for the day to day management and operations of Sure on the island, which includes the development and execution of its business strategy as well as leading Sure's talented team in the delivery of both local and international services and solutions to the island's consumer and business communities.

Paul heads up our Sure Jersey operation, with responsibility for setting our strategic direction, leading our local team, and meeting our customers' requirements with the highest quality of service and support. Paul is also responsible for managing our suite of corporate products, relationships with world-class suppliers and team of professional services experts. He has more than 20 years' experience in executive-level roles across blue-chip telecoms and IT companies.
Paul works with some of the island's largest businesses and public sector organisations. He listens to them, learning about their technology needs before working alongside our Professional Services team to advise on, design and deliver communication networks that enable his clients to work locally and globally, on a 24/7 basis.

Ross works closely with our clients to ensure they understand the full capabilities of our data centres and the services they offer, including Data Hosting and Cloud Services, DDoS Protection and Disaster Recovery which means he's well-equipped to advise our customers, particularly those in the eGaming and finance sectors.
As Service Manager, Scott delivers the highest standards of service to our enterprise customers across the island. Having almost eight years' experience working within the technology sector and having begun his career in Sure's retail store in St Peter Port, Scott has an all-round understanding of the technologies that ensure our customers can continue communicating with their clients and suppliers 24/7/365.

Tracy is an expert in all things customer service, with over 20 years' experience in customer service roles within the telecoms industry. She has been at Sure since 2017 and as Head of Customer Service she is responsible for providing the best possible experience for Sure's valued customers, placing their needs at the heart of what we do. Tracy is passionate about the role employees play in the customer experience and places great store in developing and coaching Sure's frontline teams. Tracy has completed the CMI leadership and management level 7, became a chartered manager in 2014, and gained an MBA in 2015.
As Head of Sales in Guernsey, Vince makes sure his team are working closely with their customers, understanding their needs and offering solutions that address both today's business requirements and those that will arise in the future. Vince is proud of the relationships he develops with his customers and is trusted by companies across Guernsey to give them the advice and guidance they need to use the latest technologies to their greatest effect.
