Abbey is a designer on our Double Diamond Team. While located in North America, Abbey does design work for clients globally.
As a TPG designer, Abbey assists in the development of business generation materials across various practices and formats.
With experience in multiple areas of design, Abbey works directly with partners in enhancing client-focused materials by visually representing the content effectively.

Alison is TPG's Design Director. With 16 years of experience in graphic and industrial design, Alison is responsible for both the design aspects of the TPG brand and providing a professional interface with clients, partners, and vendors. While located in North America, Alison does design work for clients globally.
Alison lends her graphic and digital design experience to consumer product and retail-focused projects. Alison works directly with partners and clients to maintain usability and visual continuity across a variety of business generation and client-facing materials. She is involved in the development of content for the TPG website, marketing materials, and presentation design to support the TPG consulting practices. Alison led the development side of TPG's two e-learning colleges being involved in the development of 80+ e-learning courses focused on both Category Management and Sales Management.

Amy is a partner in our Organization Design & Development & Customer Development Practices. She advises clients globally.
Amy advises organizations in omni-category leadership and customer & joint business planning to drive profitable sales and share growth. As an Executive Coach, Amy partners with successful leaders in both 1:1 and group settings to close the gap between current performance and future potential.
Dan Salcido is a TPG Partner and leads the TPG Training and Development Practice. In addition, Dan consults with Manufacturers and Retailers in a broad array of best practices. Dan's focus is on providing clients a customized solution based upon best practices and his strong practitioner-based experience and skillsets.
Doug Morrison has been a leader with The Partnering Group for 15 years providing total system consulting solutions to Manufacturers and Retailers. His primary responsibilities and expertise are in the areas of Manufacturer strategy and demand creation, driving shopper-insights-to-actions, category leadership and retail innovation.View More
