Melda Gursoy has been in the sports and fitness industry for over 15 years. She started as a former professional basketball player. Her path crossed with Pilates when she got an unfortunate knee injury 10 years ago.
Pilates immediately became her life. She used this to recover, become pain free and then to get stronger. Melda became fully trained in pilates through Balanced Body and STOTT. She is also a post-treatment rehabilitation trainer. She previously managed her own studio with gymnastics federation approval for 3 years in Istanbul.
Now, Melda serves many patients at West 1 Health. Her classical style of Pilates has created a strong following of 1-1 sessions in Marylebone.
Melda firmly believes Pilates is the most effective exercise for posture, well-being and body shape.

Rocco Profeta is a structural Osteopath with a deep interest in treating all spine related injuries, including neck and lower back issues. He completed his Integrated Masters degree at the University College of Osteopathy, which further developed his understanding of Spinal conditions.
Sanchez Davis qualified from St George's University in London with a bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy, prior to this Sanchez completed another bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Portsmouth. To add to this extensive resume, he also qualified as a personal trainer in 2016. Since being qualified as a physiotherapist, Sanchez has worked for: two NHS trusts Trust, two private health companies, Leatherhead FC & continues to also work for Queens Park Rangers FC. Whilst working in public & private health sectors and professional sport, he has gained vast experience and specialises in Musculoskeletal and Sports Injuries with particular interest in joint mobilisations, sports specific rehabilitation, pain management and general health and wellbeing.
Working alongside his clinic at West 1 Health, Sanchez is currently a key lecturer in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at Kingston & St George's University of London.
Sanchez competed in athletics nationally and was crowned county champion on 3 occasions in the triple jump, now he continues to participate in athletics and basketball to keep active.
