A solicitor within our catastrophic injuries department, Aimee has more than 10 years' legal experience. During her career, she has developed specialist knowledge and expertise in catastrophic injury cases. Aimee represents clients who have suffered traumatic brain injuries, ranging in severity, as well as spinal cord injury, amputation, multiple orthopaedic injuries, fatalities and chronic pain disorders.
She works closely with our Private Client team, providing additional support for those who lack mental capacity as a result of the brain injuries they have suffered. Aimee is extremely passionate about catastrophic injury, and is driven to rebuild our clients' lives, following what are often lengthy and complex legal cases. Alex is a team leader in our Employers and Public Liability team. He manages and supervises a team of 12 experienced lawyers and paralegals. A huge part of his role involves developing, training, coaching and motivating his team members, but he is also a qualified solicitor himself and a personal injury specialist with over 15 years of experience working on a variety of claims. He is also currently working towards his CILEX qualification.

Ami Dollery is an Associate and Medical Negligence Chartered Legal Executive with 14 years' legal experience. He has experience of dealing with a wide variety of clinical negligence matters and has progressed claims from initial instructions right through to Trial hearings at Court. As one of the Heads of our Medical Negligence Team, Andrew is part of our leadership team, supporting and supervising our skilled teams in the progression of their cases.
Anna is a Solicitor in our Serious Injury team with a track record of excellent client care. She qualified in March 2004 and boasts 20 years' experience working with personal injury claims. Within these 20 years, Anna has built a particularly strong reputation for her success working on brain injury claims, as well as occupiers' liability, public liability, and employers' liability claims.
In addition to this, Anna has significant experience of dealing with personal injury cases for union clients. She has worked extensively with several national unions and her clients have provided testimonials which have featured in recognised union magazines.

Charlotte is a Senior Solicitor within our Serious Injury team, qualifying in 2007. Claire is a Solicitor in our clinical negligence team. After studying for a degree in nursing, she initially spent 10 years working as a midwife before obtaining an LLM in Medical Law and qualifying as a Solicitor in 2002. Since then, she has worked exclusively in clinical negligence, primarily undertaking claimant work, but with some experience working on defendant clinical negligence work too.
Claire is particularly interested in gynaecology claims, and obstetric claims for both mothers and babies, of which her previous midwifery experience offers unique and valuable insight. In addition, she also has experience working on failed diagnosis cancer claims and surgical error claims.
As someone that has always been committed to helping people within the medical profession, Claire is a naturally empathetic person and is able to build strong relationships with her clients with ease. Her knowledge of legal proceedings and experience to date allow her to support her clients throughout the litigation process and achieve excellent settlement results. Emily brings energy to her cases and isn't afraid to get stuck into the nitty-gritty to ensure she is representing her clients in the best way, from reviewing records to attending multi-disciplinary team meetings on behalf of her clients. Whilst studying for her A levels and her degree, Emily worked in a pharmacy for just under four years, giving her extremely valuable insights into how the NHS works, that her clients that she represents benefit from greatly.
