Barry Cashman

Barry joined Byrne Frodsham in 1978 and specialises in private road traffic matters. He has been involved in numerous high profile cases in the High Court and the House of Lords, successfully defending motorists on a variety of charges over the last thirty years.

Carmel Manley

Carmel qualified as a solicitor in 1989 after graduating from Sheffield University with a LLB. After working for Cuff Roberts Solicitors in Liverpool, Carmel then joined Byrne Frodsham & Co. in 1989, specialising in matrimonial and family law. She remained with the firm until 1994 when she put her career on hold in order to devote time to bringing up her family. Following her career break, Carmel has returned to Byrne Frodsham & Co. and resumed her work in the Family Law Department where her expertise and experience are highly valued. Carmel has a particular interest in Local Authority childcare proceedings.

Charles Asbury

Having joined Byrne Frodsham in 1978, Charles has a wide range of experience in legal work, specialising in commercial/domestic conveyancing, private and commercial landlord/tenant work, employment law and general commercial work for small and medium sized companies. Charles is a Registered Lawyer under the Football Association Football Agents Regulations. He also has expertise in estate planning, probate, wills and advising clients on late in life issues.

Marion O'Donovan

Marion joined Byrne Frodsham & Co in 2009. She is a highly experienced solicitor who is the matrimonial and family work supervisor. Marion also deals with Wills, Probate, Court of Protection, Lasting Powers of Attorney and domestic conveyancing.
