Unfortunately, all of us are, to some degree a victim of our past. As children, few of us has the psychological know-how to overcome our own past, our own experiences. The result is a broad range of symptoms from panic attacks, depression, can't lose weight, to sexual problems, etc., etc. Won't it be great to regain your confidence, take care of yourself. How many of us were raised in a family that was constantly nuturing and supportive providing us with unconditional love? In varying degrees we can identify with having suffered some physical, emotional, mental and spiritual anguish as a result of growing up. We have all experienced pain, put-downs, disappointments, traumas, some of us have been able to handle it better than others.
