RENELLA - Key Persons
Alan has been in hairdressing around 9 years. Trained locally in Falkirk, then decided to go and explore, ending up in China, where he started to teach English.
When he finally came back to Falkirk, he started on his HNC in hairdressing, attending college, this expanding his knowledge.
Alan joined us in November 2020 bring his clients to Renella and now part fo the team, has got a great future and building his success here.

Bit of a cross over here as Karen is also admin for the Medusa Training office. Karen is like my right arm; she runs all my Health and Safety. I love her being with us - she is a special kind of person!
Karen is also fluent and fully qualified in British Sign Language (BSL); much of which she has taught herself.
came through the Renella training at same time and have a great bond. Kirstie is certainly our colour expert, and is looking to gain that title soon by working through her Master Colour Expert degree with Wella.
She is incredible with colour (especially Balayage of course). At moment, she has been kept busy with clients coming from all over to let her to do their hair. If you want a gorgeous colour then Kirstie is waiting.

Laura Hill is now an owner Director with me in the company, equal partner, Laura started with us at 15-16 andis now our top stylists, she has a huge clientele base and just keep growing, not a lot Laura hasn't or can't do.
She is a special stylist with huge appetite to get better and her service with clients is incredible, hard working and does love a retail sale! In fact, I love it because Laura and myself have worked for 20 years together and we are the most competitive which makes us. Laura has been part of Wella Gen Now and is a Master Colour Expert also.
Michelle has been with us for a long time now. She started with us as an apprentice (working to a Level 2 and 3) before she left and went to work in Boots as Beauty Consultant. She has since come back and has worked as part of the our Reception and Finance team.
She is very knowledgeable on computers and is doing an open course on web design and coding (which I can tell you comes in very handy)!

Moira started as one of Ross' clients. I thought she would make great front of house and boy was I right - she is a special person!
Clients love her! She has worked with some top hotels and food places; so she knows customer care.
Rebecca is what you may call an "all rounder". She went on a Wella course for Trichology and Treatments. She has a good knowledge for how to improve any clients hair.
Rebecca has this ability to really put a client at ease and give them the best experience they could get in any salon. If you struggle to find that stylist, then look no further.
Ross started hairdressing June 10th 1991, so has been in the family business his whole life. Quickly developing himself and gaining the relevant qualifications. He soon became a big past of the history or Renella.
Running the training with Anne his mum, the salon still prides itself on taking on apprentices and giving them a career. Now owner of Medusa Training Academy in Falkirk also, he has extended the ability to help train others.
Ross has a strong loyal clientele, built up on the quality of service and experience of hairdressing knowledge that Ross has gained by going out into the world, watching and leading, whilst being able to help train and educate for some of the UKs best known companies. These include Wella, Sassoon, Great Lengths Extensions, and Habia.
Shirley is an integral part of our support team; she works hard, is fiercely loyal and looks after the running of the salon floor!
She carries out shampooing, applies colours, arranges retail and stock, cleans, orders, freshens towels and gowns and sorts out pretty much anything in the salon!
Shirley is a joy to work with and I'd imagine it would be hard to find anyone like her.
