Bio
Brian is an Associate in the firm's San Diego office. His practice focuses on corporate law matters. He has extensive experience in patent litigation and intellectual property matters, as well as privacy and data protection matters, particularly as to data aggregation, network security, and technology transactions. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (US Specialization), and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), endorsement pending.
Bio
Christopher Harvie is a Member in the Washington, DC office. Chris focuses chiefly on legal, policy, and legislative issues affecting cable and telecommunications companies. He has represented clients in proceedings before the Federal Communications Commission, Congress, federal and state courts, and state and local regulatory bodies. Chris assists clients on a broad range of cable television legal and policy matters, including cable franchising and regulation, privacy, programming agreements, content licensing and copyright, rate regulation, set-top box issues, inside wiring, and broadband network policy.

Cynthia Larose is a member in Mintz Levin's Corporate Group and leads our Privacy and Security practice. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional, working with clients in various industries to develop comprehensive information security programs on the front end, and providing timely counsel when it becomes necessary to respond to a data breach.
Dianne is Of Counsel in the firm's Health Law Section. She advises a variety of health care clients on a broad range of issues, including licensure, regulatory, contractual, and risk management matters, and patient care.
Jennifer is a member in the Employment, Labor and Benefits practice as well as the International practice. She helped start Mintz Levin's greater Metropolitan Employment, Labor and Benefits practice ten years ago, and regularly handles significant employment litigation matters.
John is a Special Counsel in the firm's Boston office. A founding member of the firm's e-discovery practice, John focuses exclusively on counseling clients on e-discovery and large data matters, including commercial litigation, investigations, and governmental inquiries. He leverages extensive experience both in practice and discovery project management to help clients develop and implement processes for preserving, collecting, and processing electronic data; prepare defensible discovery plans addressing production of electronically stored information; implement best-in-class early case assessment tools; adopt technology-assisted review approaches; and utilize innovative workforce arrangements.
Julia is an associate in the firm's Boston office, practicing in the Corporate Section. Prior to joining Mintz Levin, Julia worked as a Legal Intern at a national investment firm in the intellectual property and licensing group.

Kate Stewart is an Associate in the firm's Boston office. Kate's practice involves a variety of regulatory and transactional matters for healthcare providers, including hospitals, physician groups, clinical laboratories, retail health clinics, and pharmacies. Kate counsels health care clients on HIPAA compliance, telemedicine practice, licensure and scope of practice issues, clinical trial compliance, physician contracting and the federal Physician Payments Sunshine Act.
Kevin is a member in the firm's Boston office whose practice is concentrated in complex corporate and class action litigation. Kevin chairs the firm's Class Action Working Group and has experience defending consumer, antitrust, unfair trade practice, contract, mass tort and employment class actions.
Lance Kurata is a partner in the firm's Corporate group and heads the firm's West Coast technology transactions practice.
Michael is an associate in the firm's New York office, practicing in the Employment, Labor and Benefits Section. Michael has a wide range of experience representing clients in connection with a variety of complex employment litigation matters.
Stephen is an Associate in the firm's Health Law Section and practices in the Washington, D.C. office. He counsels health care clients and other entities on HIPAA requirements as well as state-imposed health care record privacy and security.
Stu is an Associate in the firm's Litigation Section and practices in the Palo Alto office. He began his legal career at a major firm in Washington, D.C., where he focused his practice on telecommunications, data privacy, and security matters.

She works with clients primarily on data protection, licensing, collaborations, and commercial matters in the fields of clean tech, high tech, mobile media, and life sciences. She has represented a broad range of clients from start-up companies to international industry leaders and has significant experience with cross-border transactions. She is qualified in England and Wales as well as California, and has experience practicing law in both the United States and the United Kingdom.
