With a successful track record of delivering break through product strategies to drive growth, Andy is responsible for leading the Product Management, Product Marketing, and Global Marketing teams. Previously Andy led the life sciences product strategy for Cognizant's Accelerator, and portfolio leader for Polycom's video endpoints.

Annie is a passionate and innovative HR leader who balances the needs of the business with the best interests of our employees. She has over 25 years of experience with most of that time spent in the Boulder technology space. She is highly effective at creating programs and initiatives that add to our unique and collaborative culture and is adept at establishing positive relationships within all levels of the organization.
Doug has served as CEO of Spectralink since March 2016. Since joining, he has played an important role in transforming the culture of the organization, emphasizing the company's core values of collaboration and innovation, creating a positive working environment by focusing on Spectralink's people as the foundation for success, and reinvigorating our portfolio of new solutions. He has over 34 years of experience working with a variety of mid-size companies in numerous industries including technology and manufacturing. He brings a strong foundation in performance improvement, culture development and private equity experience. Previously, he was group COO with a top tier private equity firm, Sun Capital Partners, and prior to that, he was Managing Director with a top tier management consulting business, AlixPartners.
Gabe is a strong financial leader who brings solid business know-how and clear strategic focus to his role as CFO. With a career spanning more than two decades, he has extensive experience in all aspects of accounting, auditing, and financial and operational management as well as direct experience working for public and private companies in software, high tech, manufacturing and agri-business. Previously, Gabe was CFO of KPA Services, LLC.

A strong leader with a collaborative approach, Julien brings a creative mindset to sales growth, continuously exploring and securing new markets and revenue streams. Previously, Julien was the EMEA Sales Leader of the Smart Products and IoT division at Acer. Prior to that, he was Head of Sales at Sagem/Safran for the UK and Ireland.

Previously Keith led the Global Healthcare Services and Business Solutions divisions at SYKES, Hewlett-Packard, and Electronic Data Systems.
