Ismail Mughal is a fellow member of the institute of Chartered Accountant of England and wales . He has over 35+ years of experience through top 5 international firms of Chartered Accountants in providing professional services. He is a B.Com, M.Com with honours and distinction and continued his studies to qualify as a Charted Accountant from England.
Over the years he has worked in UK, Africa and UAE. His specialties lies in auditing and management consultancy services. His experience of auditing mainly relates to audits of financial institutions, banks and insurance companies, large construction and trading companies. On the consutancy side , he has the expertise in the business valuation, restructuring and negotiating of banking facilities and financial due deligence.
Mr Rais is a M.Com and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Pakistan. With over 30 yrs of experience in auditng and accountancy and contributions to financial and operational systems , controls and management advisory service, automations, budgets, cost controls, contract negotiations, agreements, joint ventures, HR development, and overall profit performance, specializes in telecommunication sector.
