Alison Tutor joined Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Property Southwest Florida in August of 2021 as a receptionist. Prior, Alison has worked in the customer service industry for many years. Bringing professionalism and sincerity to support the office and clients is her commitment. In her free time Alison is very involved in the local schools, organizing and executing fundraisers to benefit the various needs of the local youth, schools and community.

Cindy joined Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Property Southwest Florida as an Accounts Payable Specialist in March of 2022. Mrs. Crisp-Ross enjoys working here so much she has made it a goal to retire from Cushman & Wakefield when the time comes. Cindy has worked in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, assisted with payroll, and as an administrative assistant for 30+ years.
Cindy's career began in Tucson, AZ where she lived most of her life until she moved to North Ft Myers in December of 2016 to be closer to her mother. In 2019 she met and married her husband Keith who is very supportive of her and her career. When not at work Cindy works at North Shore Alliance Church as the Treasurer, cleaning specialist, and Governing board member. She also enjoys her 5 dogs who keep her very busy.
Elizabeth Tutor joined Cushman and Wakefield | Commercial Property Southwest Florida in January 2023 as a receptionist. She has worked in customer service for 7+ years with many of them in reception. Elizabeth brings personable and attentive hospitality to all clients and guests who enter our doors. Outside of work Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her pets and family!

Gayle relocated to SWFL from Colorado and worked with well-established national and local real estate owners and REITs. Gretchen Smith joined the Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Property Southwest Florida brokerage team in May 2015 as a Director. Gretchen has over 14 years of experience in real estate. In the last 5 years she has worked in commercial real estate. She is skilled in market analysis for residential real estate, residential property management, residential foreclosures, broker price opinions, commercial market research, demographic analysis and site selections. She is part of the Office and Retail Team at CPSWFL. Gretchen specializes in tenant and landlord representation. Gretchen has earned the CoStar's Powerbroker Award three years in a row in office and retail leasing for Top-10 leasing brokers in Southwest Florida.

Haley joined the building and facilities department at Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Property Southwest Florida in January of 2022. Haley moved to SW Florida in 2019 from Southern Ohio, where her roots began. She is responsible for the maintenance of commercial buildings, equipment, and assessments to include, but not limited to water leak assessments, lighting, plumbing, a/c and electrical.
Haley enjoys spending time with her wife and son. She also likes to play darts, read, watch sports in her spare time. Born with the natural ability to work with her hands, Haley possesses exceptional fine motor skills.

Hanna Ray joined Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Properties Southwest Florida in May of 2020. Prior Hanna worked as a senior event specialist for Community Brands, an organization that coordinated nonprofit events in the community. She led the GiveSmart team to provide excellent customer service. In her free time, Hanna volunteers with Junior Achievement and the Humane Society.
Hanna supports the brokers in their efforts to succeed to find the best fit for our valued clients. She also provides great customer service in helping tenant and buyer prospects as well as acts as a liaison between brokerage and the marketing and research department.

Heather joined Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Property Southwest Florida as an Executive Assistant to the CEO in October of 2016 and through her experience and knowledge she quickly became a member of the Executive Leadership Team as Vice President of Operations. She currently oversees support functions such as research and marketing as well as transaction management to the entire brokerage team. Prior to her career with Commercial Property, Heather came to us from CBRE Inc., where she supported the Asset Management team by performing a variety of duties including lease administration, preparation of CAM dues and tenant relations. Prior to CBRE, Inc., Heather had extensive experience within facilities and property management in the medical office building industry with Lillibridge Healthcare Services, Inc., where she had primary accountability for providing executive support for a 6+ million sq. ft. portfolio which included departmental budgeting, adherence to policies and procedures and risk management. Heather is an expert in establishing and maintaining cost controls and reporting procedures for assets. Heather's successful track record of exceeding operational goals and objectives make her a valuable asset to the Commercial Property team.

Kaitlyn Ogan is a Southwest Florida native that handles facilities maintenance for multiple commercial properties. She is responsible for grounds upkeep, general and preventative maintenance. Her favorite aspect of her job is leaving things better than she found them while expressing her passion for the ever-changing real estate market. Her 10+ years of experience in the property maintenance industry gives her a good eye for this aspect. Kaitlyn strives for perfection as she takes pride in what she does.

She moved to the United States when she was just 4 years of age from Uruguay, South America's second-smallest country and host of the first world cup. She brings with her over 25 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll.
Michelle moved to SW Florida in 2004 from the Washington DC Metro area. She grew up a "Navy Brat" with her dad serving in the US Navy for 28 Years and has had the opportunity to see much of the US because of it. In her free time, she is usually traveling the state of Florida to watch her son play hockey.
