Specializing in delivering residential and mixed use projects of all sizes Colin has worked on bespoke apartment blocks for small local and large national developers as well as developments incorporating client's standard house type ranges often with elevational changes to suit the local vernacular. His decades of experience on both planning and working drawings in the residential, educational and retail sectors bring creative and practical solutions that are both economic and conform to statutory authority regulations. Colin is hands on to oversee a working drawing team ensuring consistent working drawing packages are presented in a clear concise and easily understood format fully coordinated with the project team.

A Chartered Civil Engineer with experience in the design and delivery of Highways & Infrastructure projects in residential, commercial, leisure, educational and retail developments as well as infrastructure design to support renewable energy projects. Terry has brought with him a portfolio of additional services through his expertise which can be offered to our Clients and specialises in providing whole life project support services from pre-acquisition assessments through to planning, and onwards to detailed design and construction support. Terry has managed multi-disciplinary teams in the delivery of a range of projects valuing from £100k to £50M. He is also a keen advocate in applying intuitive, pragmatic and sustainable solutions to engineering problems and providing key mentoring and support to graduate engineers en-route to their ICE membership reviews.
