Donald is a highly experienced sales leader who has worked for some of world's leading global technology companies. He spent seventeen years at Cisco where he was country leader for Scotland & Ireland, and has held sales leadership roles at Salesforce, Siemens and Unisys across a broad range of industry sectors.
Donald is also a certified leadership coach and has spent time as a consultant and board advisor to several private equity & VC backed tech businesses. He is a passionate believer in the importance of digital skills and is a former chair of Scotland's Digital Economy Skills Group and now volunteers as a STEM Ambassador.

Grace is a CIMA qualified finance professional with a career in finance spanning sixteen years. Prior to working in the software testing industry with 2i, she gained experience in various sectors including property/site management, house building, vehicle sales and university finance. She has been with 2i for five and a half years, overseeing 2i's finance function and commercial management. As well as running the finance department, she has designed a Commercial Management Awareness course and delivered this to her colleagues to allow them an insight into business and finance management within 2i.
Grace is also Chairman of CIMA's Edinburgh Committee, member of CIMA's Scotland Board and a member of the UK Advisory Panel for the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA). This involves hosting events and courses and working with the CIMA Edinburgh and Scotland Boards to maintain student and member communication.
Grace enjoys learning new skills, reading science journals and books on self-improvement. She also enjoys music and playing guitar, adding to an ever growing vinyl collection and going to gigs when she can.
Pauline is an extremely accomplished senior leader, with more than 25 years' experience working in various disciplines within IT.
Sarah is a positive, motivated, and pragmatic change and transformation leader with over 17 years of experience spanning the public sector, financial services and management consulting. Sarah initially joined 2i as an Account Manager for our largest strategic account. Sarah now heads up our new Change & Governance Function. As we are in such an exciting period of growth, this Function is the process glue across the Organisation. Its mission - to ensure strategic growth and scale while minimising organisational risk. We will do this by delivering internal change and transformation, ensuring we are scaling appropriately and following this through by designing and implementing fit for purpose governance and processes.
