Ucan-Learn.Work.Live is a Social Enterprise that opened its doors in March 2013. The founders are Matt Buckman, David Campbell and Joe Fairbairn who together bring a significant number of years of experience in a variety of fields including Social Work, Engineering, Construction and Music Therapy but specifically Further Education and Learning Support... At UCAN we aim to provide a contextualised learning environment with work experience opportunities both with local employers but importantly in our own enterprise initiatives and, where possible, successful participants will gain employment within these. Therefore, we also aim to provide real outcomes for people by giving them the chance to participate in experiences that have previously been inaccessible to them.
