Pierinos is now run by his sons Domenico & Adriano who are continually expanding the business working hard to serve great food and great service to the people of leith and edinburgh!... With the help of their young family they started the business from nothing as it was formerly a bakers shop. Initially named the shop the tally tower fish & chicken bar. Named after the Martello tower in the leith docks. He changed the name to Pierinos in the early 90s after the shops first refit...
