Mark is an Independent First Aid Trainer, ex British Soldier, and highly qualified alpine ski instructor based in the French Alps approximately an hours drive from Chamonix. He runs First Aid courses throughout the Alps mainly to Ski Instructors and Mountain Guides.

Mark is an IHCD Paramedic with 30 years front line experience in the Ambulance service, including 6 years Air Ambulance duty. Also an IHCD Clinical Tutor with 23 years post qualification experience, he has provided education to all grades of Ambulance Clinicians and Health Care Professionals in both the training & operational environments.

Meg Allsopp

Meg is an IHCD Paramedic who so far has been in the ambulance service for 31 years and although part time now, she still enjoys the sense of fulfilment she receives by helping others. Her interest in teaching saw her become qualified to teach other ambulance staff and this interest continues to this day where she has been responsible for training Community First Responders in the South Devon area, the rest of her time being devoted to teaching first aid

He was first inspired at school where he developed a love for climbing; becoming a regular on his school's winter trips to North Wales and the French Alps.
