Formed in 2011, the Human Dignity Trust is the only organisation working globally to use strategic litigation to defend the human rights of LGBT people. Based in London, our team of lawyers, researchers, activists and communications specialists work with activists and lawyers across the world... Since 2015, The Human Dignity Trust has also analysed the need and options for legislative reform of a broad range of sexual offences and related laws that discriminate against LGBT people and other marginalised groups. At the request of policy makers, parliamentarians and government officials, we provide assistance to reform out-dated and discriminatory laws.
