Lee Bishton has 20 years' experience in the Electrical industry, beginning his career in 1992 as an Electrical Technician. In 2010 Lee achieved an MSc in Fluid Machinery Engineering from the Engineering Department of Lancaster University.
Lee became Technical Director at the formation of Retroflo in 2008 and is responsible for the technical aspects of the company's EICA projects, including research and development, design, optimisation and commissioning.
Prior to the formation of Retroflo, Lee joined Byzak in February of 2002 in the role of M&E Commissioning Manager. His primary responsibilities included the commissioning of the water treatment plant: from dry testing and the introduction of live process flows, to the handover of the equipment to the customer.
This required a close working relationship with the operators, providing an invaluable insight into the needs of the end-user. The knowledge Lee gained in the industry has been applied in the research and development of the Retroflo's innovative and award-winning pump control systems.
