Since 2004 Andy Murray, owner of Ocean Sports Tuition, has been striving to provide the perfect environment for offering tuition to new comers and experienced boaters. Andy started sailing at the age of 10 in beautiful Mudeford Harbour, commencing sailing lessons in a small dinghy called a Torch before quickly progressing onto a Topper, laser, 420, Seafly and then campaigning a Fireball. In 1996 Andy decided that he wanted to become an instructor and successfully became a multi activity instructor in a number of disciplines: power boating, windsurfing, sailing and canoeing. From these beginnings Andy has taught and skippered in a number of different locations all over the world including Australia, Falkland Islands, New Zealand, France, Malta, Corfu, Spain and Italy. With 20 years experience in the industry Andy is still dedicated to introducing as many people as possible to all thing water based. Since 2004, Andy Murray has strived to provide the perfect environment for beginners and experienced boaters at Ocean Sports Tuition. Andy passionately enjoys time on the water with his wife, 2 young children and puppy (Eli). When not at work, Andy and his family can be found at the beach windsurfing, kite surfing and just generally mucking around in the water.

Josh started sailing at age of 10, in his Topper at Stokes Bay sailing club and taking part in the cadets.

Liam Cure

Liam joins the team after honing his instructor skills working for multi activity providers in Poole and Weymouth. As a member of the national youth development squad Liam's love of water sports has led him to pursue a full time career in the water sports industry. Liam is now looking forward to putting his skill, knowledge and expertise learnt teaching, sailing, to helping new powerboats get afloat.
