Andy Lovatt is CEO of Digital Advantage, an award-winning charity that delivers innovative work experiences to young people of all ages and abilities.
Andy was previously Head of Creative and Digital at NWDA, overseeing the BBC move to Media City. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts.
For the Brighter Sound board, he leads on safeguarding.

Anthony Lee is a marketing, content, and project manager, currently working with BMG in Global Creative Marketing. Anthony is a core member of a music industry community group ESEA Music which champions East and Southeast Asian artists and music industry professionals.
He has previously worked across a number of roles across music, film, theatre, arts, and festivals with The Royal Shakespeare Company, Bernie Grant Arts Centre, Film Africa, Punch Records, and the Young Vic.
Anthony is also a board member at Graeae Theatre Company and an advisory board member at Creative Access.

Gareth is a volunteer member of stage staff at a local theatre and Treasurer for Cartwheel Arts, on top of being an avid music consumer.

Michael's background is in employment law, and has worked in both Liverpool and Manchester.
He was previously a Trustee of Manchester Young People's Theatre Ltd (Contact) between 2005 and 2014, and of The Royal Standard in Liverpool between 2018 and 2022.
He has been a Trustee and board member for Brighter Sound since 2016, and is our lead for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.

Rob Shaw is a Beatles-obsessed, freelance income generation and strategy consultant specialising in the arts, culture and heritage.
Originally an archaeologist (no, it's nothing like Indiana Jones!), over the past twenty years he has worked with leading arts organisations including Eureka! The Museum for Children, Manchester Camerata, Science Museum Group, Liverpool Philharmonic, Jazz re:freshed and Sound City Liverpool.
Rob lives in Spain and is a regenerative farmer.

Tom is an artist and student at the University of Salford. Tom is also the frontman and bassist of RABBANI, a collaborative effort between three brothers with a shared love of music, writing and telling stories.
Tom has been involved with Brighter Sound for over four years, taking part in everything from young people's music projects to organising fundraising events. He recently joined the Brighter Sound board as its youngest member.
