Nilam is a Graduate Recruitment Consultant based in the Maxim head office in Leicester, Leicestershire. She supports the team with researching, headhunting, shortlisting, and interviewing valuable construction industry candidates, to place them in premium construction jobs with our market-leading UK and international clients.
Richard has successfully recruited for the construction industry for the past 13 years following 15 years as a civil engineer and construction project manager. He is based in Hong Kong and responsible for Maxim Recruitment operations in Hong Kong, Asia, Australia and the Middle East.
Steve has worked in construction and property recruitment for over 20 years and is responsible for the Maxim Recruitment operations in the UK and also spends time in the Maxim Recruitment Hong Kong office, where he completes recruitment and search assignments for major construction consultants and contractors in Asia.
Steve is responsible for Maxim Recruitment in the UK. He is based in the Maxim head office in Leicester, Leicestershire and regularly travels to meet employers, job seekers and to attend construction industry networking events all over the UK. With over 20 years' experience in construction and property recruitment he works with a number of repeat clients and engages in search and headhunting assignments for a range of premium UK and international clients.
Steve is responsible for the Maxim Recruitment operations in Canada. Regularly working from our office on St. Clair Avenue East in Toronto, Steve has over 20 years' experience in building and civil engineering infrastructure construction. Maxim Recruitment in Canada is working with major clients within the PPP / P3 / AFP sector, clients in the aviation and airport sector and a number of international and niche local claims and dispute, engineering, consulting and contracting companies.
