Annie oversees all aspects of customer accounts and the invoicing process.
Brendan is responsible for managing the extensive on-site workshop, planning all lorry maintenance, servicing and purchasing vehicle parts. He works alongside the Transport Planners and oversees the Transport Office.
Donal advises on all aspects of Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental issues - holding a Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, a Diploma in Environmental Management, and Certificates of Attainment for ISO9001 and ISO14001.
Jon co-plans the daily routing of the Heverin fleet alongside the Transport Office Manager and other Transport Planner, working closely with customers to provide an efficient and professional service.

IOSH Managing Safety at Work certified, Rachel co-plans the daily routing of the Heverin fleet alongside the Transport Office Manager, working closely with customers to provide an efficient and professional service.
A CPC holder, Steve is responsible for co-ordinating and planning the fleet operations, ensuring fleet compliance, safety and structure at all times. He oversees all transport activities and ensures the fleet always complies with industry standards. It is Steve's responsibility to manage driver compliance, vehicle maintenance, defect reporting, accident reporting and to ensure the keeping of accurate compliance records. He manages and administers all aspects of the company's operator licenses.
