Apart from being involved with International Real Estate & Property/Holiday Lettings we also operate Probate Services, Property & Block Management, Valuers & Surveyors... When I finished my contract in Saudi Arabia where I was the Area Manager in Riyadh in charge of Building & Importing/Exporting goods for the New King Khalid International Airport (KKIA) in 1983 I returned to Harrogate where I built up a portfolio of residential properties worth over 3 million. We built up a large Contracting company as well dealing with both decoration & Building works. We also started renting other Landlords properties covering Yorkshire areas and in the latter days Selling properties as well.
