Stacie Reidenbaugh, of Lancaster, has a wealth of experience in strategy, fundraising, board governance, management, and real estate development from the volunteer perspective of board leadership and from her 22 year career in leadership and development roles including nationally affiliated local organizations of Habitat for Humanity and United Way. She is the Board Chair and co-founder of Habitat for Humanity Pennsylvania, and serves on the boards of Housing Alliance of PA and Moravian Manor. Stacie recently retired from the boards of the Junior League of Lancaster and Building Industry Association of Lancaster County. She is a graduate of Leadership Lancaster's CORE and Executive Orientation Series programs, and serves as faculty for its Public Policy sessions, Leadership Advantage, and the Board Leadership Academy. Stacie is an inaugural Baldwin Fellow of the Lancaster County Community Foundation, and she completed the Lancaster County Planning Commission Master Planner program, followed by 5 years of service on the Manheim Township Planning Commission. Stacie studied government and business at Millersville University and Elizabethtown College, and she holds certifications in Housing Finance Development from National Development Council, Executive Leadership from N.C. State's Institute for Non Profits, Fundraising Management from Indiana University's Center for Philanthropy, and Strategic Perspectives in Nonprofit Management from Harvard Business School. She recently launched The Reidenbaugh Group LLC, an advisory firm specializing in philanthropy and capacity building for non-profit organizations and small businesses. Stacie is grounded in the philosophy of community abundance and collaboration for the greater good.

Tom Hardy serves as 10,000 Friends of Pennsylvania's representative in Western Pennsylvania, based in Pittsburgh. With more than 15 years of experience in real estate development, land use planning and urban redevelopment, Tom has worked on many significant projects throughout Pittsburgh that reflect the smart growth values and goals of 10,000 Friends. In 2009, Tom launched Palo Alto Partners, a consulting practice that focuses on real estate development, market analysis and business planning for both private and public sector clients. Previously he served as Executive Director of Manchester Citizens Corporation, a nationally recognized community development corporation in Pittsburgh, and as Assistant Director of South Side Local Development Company, a community based non-profit corporation promoting economic revitalization of Pittsburgh's South Side. A 1996 graduate of Duke University, Tom also has a Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1999 and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business in 2009.
