Cathie became a licensed Property & Casualty Agent in 2005, focusing on commercial insurance, and joined the agency in 2019. Cathie has also received her Accredited Customer Service Representative designation. Cathie resides in Swanton with her husband and children. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies or relaxing by a fire eating BBQ.

Christine Kilburn

Chris has been working in the customer service field since 1993 and has always loved working with people. She enjoys seeing clients leave with their questions/problems resolved and knowing that she had a part in it. Her duties include answering incoming phone calls, greeting clients and assisting them with their needs (payments, changes, questions), processing and distributing faxes and addressing billing questions. Chris grew up in Vermont and married her high school sweetheart, Steele. They have 2 children, Tyler and Rena. She recently moved back home to Vermont from Florida to be closer to her family. In her free time, there is nothing that she enjoys more than spending time with her granddaughter, Harper.

Erica Ballantine

Erica joined the team at 123 Insurance in February 2023. She joined the insurance industry in 2019 as a part-time customer service representative. In January 2021, she obtained her Life license and shortly after obtained her Property & Casualty license. Erica resides in downtown St. Albans with her daughter, Ada & cat, Sleeves. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends & family as well as crocheting/knitting.

Kasey Parah

Kasey recently joined the agency in January 2022 after changing careers working as a Dental Hygienist for 8 1/2 years at a practice in the town of Milton. She is a licensed life insurance producer and is looking forward to providing you with a policy that covers your specific needs. Kasey resides in Swanton with her husband Shayne. Recently, they welcomed the newest addition to their family, their daughter Haley, who was born in May 2021. They also have two rescue dogs, Cammy and Chloe.

Lauren Shangraw

Lauren joined 123 Insurance in July 2023. Lauren began her insurance career in 1992 and obtained her Property & Casualty license in 1993. Her primary focus is personal lines insurance. Her many years of insurance knowledge makes her a strong added asset to our team of professionals. Lauren resides in the Charleston, SC area with her 3 dogs, Daisy, Rosie, and Bindi. She has an adult daughter, Brooke, who recently graduated from nursing school in Maine and obtained her BSN/RN license. Brooke is the sunshine of Lauren's life. Lauren enjoys sunshine, spending time with her dogs and is involved in some volunteer work at local animal rescues.

Louise St. Amour

Louise joined the 123 Insurance team in 2017 as a part-time staff member. She became a licensed Property and Casualty agent in 2019 and now enjoys her full-time role at the agency as Executive Assistant and Human Resource Rep., along with many other hats. Louise lives in Georgia with her husband, Curtis, dog, Copper and cat, Oliver. She has two adult children and two grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her hubby playing games or on a road trip. You can also find her working outside in her vegetable and flower gardens or just sitting on the swing watching a fire in her back yard pit.

Nicole Tatro De Moya

Nicole started her insurance career in 2005, focusing on the complete insurance portfolio, including personal, commercial, life and disability coverage. She is a graduate of the University of Vermont with a B.A. in Sociology. Before joining the agency, Nicole was a personal and commercial producer and financial services representative for State Farm Insurance as well as an agent for Farm Family Insurance. A native Vermonter, Nicole recently located to Colchester in 2019 with her husband, Tom. Nicole writes both personal and small commercial policies and is the life insurance specialist in the agency. When she can find free time, Nicole enjoys boating on the waters of Lake Champlain.

Pamela Parah-Tobin

Pam has been in the insurance business since 1991, writing both personal and commercial insurance, focusing on building her insurance family. Pam started 123 Insurance, Inc. on 1/1/2012 after purchasing her many customers from her previous employer. Pam believes in educating her customers and spending that extra time with them so they are comfortable with and understand their insurance coverage. She makes insurance as easy as 123 for her customers.

Renae Parah

Renae Parah joined the agency in 2014 working behind the scenes bookkeeping and accounting part-time. Renae is no stranger to multi-tasking as her full time job is raising her daughters, Madison and twins, Izabelle & Karleigh alongside her husband Nathan in Milton, VT. Renae has been an integral part of the team, maintaining the books, supporting the agency through its beginning and tremendous growth.

Robin Sweeney

Robin was born and spent her childhood in New York City before moving to Vermont in 1984. After graduating high school in 1987, she attended Champlain College and completed a 4 year degree in Business. Robin became a licensed Property & Casualty Agent in 2001 and then went on to complete her Accredited Customer Service Representative designation in 2004. Robin actively works in both the personal and commercial lines arena to better serve our customer's needs. In her spare time, she enjoys watching her children play basketball and soccer. Robin resides in Fairfax with her husband of 12 years and two children, Brandon and Madison.

Ryan Parah-Brown

Ryan grew up in the insurance industry and learned so much from his mother, Pam Parah-Tobin. Ryan received his Property and Casualty insurance license in 2019. He was born and raised in Franklin County and currently lives in St Albans with his husband and kids.
