Alex, our CEO, joined Sibers as a Junior Java Developer way back when Sibers employed only 12 people. He's now the overseer of every process and every project in our pipeline, and his days are spent ensuring that our Project Managers are communicative, flexible and technically apt, our technical team leaders are inventive and all the company works smoothly. Yes, he is quite busy.
Andrey joined Sibers in 2014 and it quickly became clear that he would be the one to lead our Sales Department in a while. He is a cheerful person with a real passion for communication. Andrey is responsible for leading the team and shaping pre-sales and sales strategies. He also works with customers himself, clarifying projects' needs and consulting on technological opportunities and time and resources required to develop a project.
Andrey is the type of software developer who isn't intimidated by any programming language, simply because he knows them all inside and out. No project or idea is impossible, and it's no stretch to say that whatever you can imagine, Andrey and his team can program. This is no joke - since beginning his programming career in 1996, Andrey has worked with almost every platform known to man: C#, Java, C++, Objective-C, SQL, JavaScript, JSP, HTML, XML, PHP, Perl, Unix Shell scripting languages, and many more.
He has university degrees in Physics and Information Platforms, and it's this fundamental knowledge which helps him manage his team and execute successful projects while simultaneously absorbing every new programming language that comes his way.

Anie joined Sibers in 2007, and her first day at work was quite eventful - she was the company's 100th employee, and there was a big celebration! Anie oversees all of Sibers' marketing content and programs, and also plans the company's corporate events. Apart from her passion for words and pixel-perfection, Anie is an excellent leader who infuses a friendly, motivational vibe into her team - which by extension makes them pixel-perfectionists too.
In her free time, Anie loves snowboarding, scuba diving, rock and alpine climbing, and making handcrafted items. She's also a yoga enthusiast, a lover of Italy, and the proud owner of a wine cork collection built from the wine bottles she uncorks.

Upon joining Sibers in 2014, Anna quickly acclimated to the Customer Care team and soon after became its essential part. Since her very first days at Sibers, she effortlessly became an advocate for the company's clients, protecting their interests and eliminating any uneasiness stemming from working virtually has its challenges doing business with "those strange Russian developers". Extremely polite and bright young lady with excellent English and well-honed communication skills, Anna has proved to be the right person to lead this highly important department and inspire the whole team.
Anna has been teaching English to eager students since her early university years, and enjoys organizing English classes at Sibers for our developers. Supposedly that's how she's come to be so patient. Anna also loves attending intellectual quizzes, taking part in team sport races and has a scratch world map for the countries visited together with her spouse.
Anya joined Sibers in 2001 and was the first girl in the company, back when we counted only 10 heads. Now she coordinates sales activities and inspires the team with a client-oriented attitude and a charming smile. She's a fighter on the front-line of software trends, and her loyalty lies with the customer.
For leisure, Igor enjoys riding his two motorcycles: Chopper and Enduro. Not at the same time though, as that would be problematic. When he's not choosing between his beloved bikes, Igor enjoys watching anime and playing board games.
Sergey personifies perpetual motion. This man never stops. He walks fast, talks fast, thinks fast, makes (the right) decisions fast and suggests the best solutions fast. To keep up with this human dynamo, you'd better be in shape! Of course, Sergey's constant kinetic energy is the reason why he's so productive. As a platform team leader, he knows Android OS inside-out - every hitch, quirk and riddle. Sergey also has vast experience in video streaming, processing and conversion; in fact, this could even be called his specialization.
Sergey mentors his team with an amazingly positive attitude. Truly, he's always smiling. Even his texts have a certain "smiling" aspect to them. His pastimes include long-distance cross location bike rides, with an emphasis on long. After a hundred miles he's barely breaking a sweat.

With Sibers since 2005, Vadim became Senior Project Manager and Business Analyst after gaining considerable experience as a .NET Developer. His natural ability to understand business goals and production requirements translates into successfully launched IT projects and satisfied customers. His good-natured personality cheers project teams up during the whole development cycle.

Valery is one of Sibers' most experienced web developers, having begun his programming career way back in 1982. He joined Sibers in 2002, when the development team numbered only six people, and his unquestioned expertise soon created a strong foundation upon which a larger Web Development team was built. Valery is truly unique in that he is able to artfully combine his many years of experience, which consists of established, time-proven development techniques and approaches, with new, boundary-pushing programming ideas and tools.
Valery loves biking, hiking and photography, and he's managed to combine all three into one favorite holiday activity: every year he spends a month walking and biking in the mountains of Russia, Spain, Thailand and Tibet. Upon return, he always shares his photo and video memories with the team. And in other news, many people believe that stroking Valery's beard will bring them good luck.
