Meet Kyle Grivette, the co-founder and CEO of 3Aclean. With over 25 years of experience in the building maintenance industry, Kyle's entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on expertise have been instrumental in his success. Prior to launching 3Aclean, Kyle founded Property Service Company of America, Inc (PSCA) in California in 1985. He later relocated to Denver in 1992, where he continued to operate PSCA and formed AAA Building Maintenance with two business partners in 1997.
In addition to his business ventures, Kyle is a dedicated member of the small business community in Denver. He currently serves as a board member of the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Advisory board and is an active leader in the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce and the West Chamber. Kyle is also passionate about giving back to the community and serves as a Member At Large on the Board of Directors for Veterans Passport to Hope.

Meet Rae Harris, the COO of 3Aclean. Rae joined the company in 2007, bringing years of experience in the construction and building industries. Her expertise spans various roles in business administration, estimating, project and contract management. Rae's passion for numbers stems from graduating with honors in accounting from Red Rocks Community College. She founded Custom Accounting Systems in 2000, which led to her partnership with 3Aclean.
Rae's dedication to education, expertise in accounting, and passion for supporting women and veterans make her an integral part of the 3Aclean team. She serves as a Career Coach for Hope House Alumni and as a member of the board of directors for Veteran's Passport to Hope. Rae is also a board member of the Colorado Building Industry Coalition (CBIC), an organization recognized by former Denver Mayor Wellington Webb for its recommendations to the city's Minority Business Enterprise/Women's Business Enterprise ordinance as it applies to the construction industry.

Meet Su Ferrer, our talented Operations Director with an exceptional 6-year track record at 3Aclean. Born in the vibrant country of Peru and moving from Miami, Su quickly rose through the ranks to become Operations Director, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
