Damodar Shetty started his career in an accounting and administration department with Accountant General's Office in Bangalore. Owing to his dedication and passion, he then went on to the corporate world as the head of Marketing for a key company in Bangalore. He was determined to build his skills in administration and marketing and thereafter worked as the CEO of large security organization providing key solutions to a large financial institution in South India. He brings in his vast experience in various avenues and people management abilities, as an asset to 3D Vigilance services. Being an MBA Graduate, who started his career in the ITES sector and then went on to specialize and build his career in the Security Industry, Mohammed Sirajulla has played a key role in the setting up and running of a premier Security Company in Gujarat. Over the last three years he has paved the way to institutionalize and implement key changes in the organization through his rigorous training programs for employees, introducing a robust toll gate to identify gaps in security and being proactive in the industry. Under his leadership, the organization has been providing world class security solutions to some of the key education institutions, commercial and residential properties, hospitals and financial institutions in Gujarat. He has also played a large role in the set-up of the organization in Karnataka. He says, "3D Vigilence is not a mere Security agency, it is a Solution provider for many.
