Mr. Praveen Chaudhary is Director of our company. He has over 20 years experience in field of Fire Protection and Safety Management in National and Overseas level. He is expert on Emergency management. His field of Operations are design & delivery of training programs, Standards & Specifications & Compliance Audit. He is responsible to ensure Fire Design Solutions delivering all projects of Fire Protection Engineering and Fire Safety Management without compromising fire safety as per country norms and client's expectations. He is providing conscientious and enterprising engineering with sound interpersonal and communication skills. A proven track record in motivating and leading a professional team and as operating as a team member in a multi-disciplinary workforce.
He is expert in designing, inspection /testing and maintenance (ITM) plan of Fire Fighting Appliances and Fixed Fire Protection Systems. Development, formulation and conducting fire fighting. He is expert in preparing fire protection manual, safety manual, on/off site emergency plan, disaster management plan, fire order, standard operating procedure, evacuation planning & fire exit drill.

Sh. Satish Chandra Mishra is our Training and Security Consultancy Adviser. Sh. Mishra has recently retired from the rank of Dy. Inspector General of CENTRAL INDUSTRIAL SECURITY FORCE while functioning as Head of Fire Service and Disaster Management Training Institute of CISF, Hyderabad.
Sh. Jitendra Singh is Fire Service & Security Management Specialist of our company.
Mr. Singh is a recently voluntary retired Assistant Commandant (Fire) with a wealth of knowledge within the Industrial Fire Safety & Security. During his 23 years long service career in Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), MHA, Govt. of India he gained vast supervisory level experience in police force for Security, Fire Safety, Disaster Management and Personal & General administration including handling HR/IR and Union activities of the plants. Carried out surveys on security electronic gadgets, Technical inspections / consultancy / Fire Safety Audits and induction surveys. He has vast experience in Fire Safety & Rescue Services - played a major role in extinguishing fires, rescue operations and safety measures in the industries such as Steel plants, Power plants, ISRO, Currency note press / paper industries, Hydrocarbon industries, Natural Gas and Naphtha based Fertilizer plants. Imparted training to the plant executives on Security, Fire-Safety arrangements in the respective plants and Specialized Training on Chemical, Biological, Nuclear and Radiological (CBRN) defense mechanism to Paramilitary Force personnel of NDRF at various level. He participated in Joint Exercises on Chemical Emergencies conducted by National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) at large scale with Local Administration, Police, and Fire Services, at Chhawla Camp BSF, New Delhi and at G. Noida.

Mr. Debnath is the Chairman Cum Managing Director of our company.
Mr. Debnath is a recently voluntary retired Deputy Commandant (Fire) with a wealth of knowledge within the Industrial Fire Safety . During his 28 years long service career in Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), MHA, Govt. of India he was head of fire safety deptt. in different Govt. Undertakings viz Oil & Gas, Steel, Power, Paper, Fertilizer & Chemical Sectors, where he managed to gain a studied and knowledgeable insight into the fire safety industry.
He Specialist in Risk Management , Major Emergency Management , Disaster Relief and Recovery, Audit and Compliance, Tactical Intervention, Emergency Preparedness , Incident Command System, Training & Development .
He has imparted fire safety training to about 17 thousand plant employees & contractor workers. As a guest faculty of a premier fire service training institute of the Govt. of India he attended number of assignments over the years.
Being at the cutting edge of fire safety legal enforcement, he regularly made calculated decisions regarding the best methods to be employed to comply with fire safety regulations. He achieved this by reference to the most modern codes of practice at the time, his practical on site experience and a high degree of common sense.
