Anthony John Rigney is the founder and owner of Quorum Business Advisors. A graduate of St. Johns College, Dublin, Ireland. He has over 30 years of experience in the fields of finance and business brokerage. Anthony has previously worked for Merrill Lynch, Kredietbank and First Residential Mortgage. For many years he owned and operated his own successful small business. In 2008 he began his career as a Business Broker in Florida. He is a member of the Business Brokers of Florida (BBF) and served four terms as President of the North Florida Chapter, and is also a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). Anthony has served as a volunteer leader in the Boy Scouts of America were he helped guide his to sons to successfully obtaining the rank of Eagle. His real-world experience provides practical value for both sellers and buyers. As a former business owner he fully understands the value of seeking equity in a business transaction. Anthony has achieved the prestigious designation of Board Certified Intermediary (BCI) and Accredited Business Intermediary (ABI). He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida. Ken Greenwood

Ken was owner of a public accounting practice, providing small business consulting services, tax planning, tax preparation, and irs audit representation. After 25 years, ken sold his accounting practice and started a medical practice consulting company, focusing on revenue cycle management, administration responsibilities and multiunit business expansions. Most recently, ken joined the quorum team, and turned his full attention to bringing business sellers and potential buyers together. In doing so, he undertakes to educate sellers regarding common influences that affect the current market value of their business, and advises them on issues that could possibly maximize the business's value. Additionally, working with buyers, ken assists with matching a buyer to a business that best suits the buyer's work experience, education, passions, and financial strength. Knowing this information will allow for a much more responsive search of available candidate businesses. William Malone

Mr. Malone has had a 60% success rate in selling the business listings he accepts (industry 20%) and was in the top 5 producers in ne florida in 2008. William served on the advisory board for the entrepreneurial growth division of the jacksonville regional chamber of commerce - growjax (for 2nd stage businesses) and from 2004-2015 jacksonville women's business center. He was a trusted adviser for vistage (formerly tec), member of catholic diocese of st augustine justice & peace commission and former member- finance committee of his church. Married with 5 grown children and his interests are in church, reading, fishing. .
