Amanda is a Registered Architect and LEED Accredited Professional specializing in single-family and multi-family residential projects, commercial projects, and educational building design. A California native, Amanda founded 9x30 Design after moving to Rochester in 2003. She previously worked for architecture firms in Los Angeles, Oakland, and San Francisco, California on projects across the country. Amanda holds a degree in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, where she studied at the College of Environmental Design.

Christopher A. Costanza

Chris is a Registered Architect and LEED Accredited Professional specializing in commercial and industrial building design, as well as scientific research & testing facilities. Chris has worked for architecture and design-build firms in Rochester, New York, San Francisco and Berkeley, California. Chris holds degrees in Architecture from Savannah College of Art and Design, where his focus was Historic Preservation and Structures, and the University of California, Berkeley, where he studied Building Science and Microclimate Design.
