Founded in 1991 and headquartered in the heart of Silicon Valley in San Jose, CA A1 JAYS MACHINING provides precision machining and product assembly and finishing. We are well known for the high value we provide our customers through our cost effective and ultra precise machining, precision crisis response, project management and superb quality fulfillment. We service the medical, solar, semi-conductor, engineering, automobile and hi-tech industries spanning the globe... Today we have 3 buildings worth machine tools spanning a total floor space of approximately 60,000 sq. feet of machine shop and assembly departments, onsite office manager and an accounts department. We have a workforce of about 150 Employees working in 2 shifts. Our fully functional machine shop, assembly department and inspection unit have established processes and a well-trained staff. All machine programming and inspection are done on site. A1 JAYS MACHINING has over 7 million dollars in machine tool capability.....
