Joined A1A Software, LLC in 2007. He oversees marketing, sales, engineering review and business development for all A1A's products. Brad serves on the Telematics Specifications committee for the Association of Equipment Manufacturers and Association of Equipment Management Professionals, conducting reviews of regulations for OSHA and other governing bodies in the construction industry. Brad sold industrial machinery for Ingersoll Rand and industrial controls and automation for Liberty Technologies.

Joined A1A Software, LLC in 2023. Bruce is responsible for all sales, marketing and training activity for the company. Although he is one of the newest members of the A1A team, he was at the birth of A1A back in 2007 as the primary contact from founding sponsor Link-Belt. Bruce is a former entrepreneur in publishing, training and software project management. He ended his 25 year career at Link-Belt as the marketing communications manager in March 2023 where he served as the key technology expert at the company.

Joined A1A Software, LLC in 2007. Ryan directs our team of in-house programmers for all the A1A products. Ryan graduated from UCLA with his BS in Physics and immediately started working in the industry with for Compu-Crane in May of 2000. He met both Tawnia and Brad during his time with Compu-Crane before join forces with this in 2007.

Founded A1A Software, LLC in 2006. The company got its start by developing the well-known lift planning program called 3D Lift Plan. Weiss earned a degree in IT and has spent her entire career in the crane and transportation industries. Her roots are in trucking, where she worked for her family's company as a teenager, ultimately managing the operation. Later, Weiss managed sales of Compu-Crane and Rigging Pro software, where she gained experience in the technology side of equipment service. 3D Lift Plan was developed out of first-hand understanding of how equipment operates and how owners manage their fleets and use their cranes.
