He started his career in the UK where he gained extensive experience in the field of taxation, trust administration, accounting and auditing. Eric sits on numerous boards including companies with their securities or subsidiaries or parent companies listed on the NASDAQ, NYSE, SGX, BSE, SEM etc.

Havish holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wales. He has a wide experience in the Global Business Sector and has had hands on exposure in several fields including structuring, corporate secretarial and administration and accounting.

Jane qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the United Kingdom in 1992, after which she worked with Deloitte's audit team in Mauritius. She is a member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors and sits on the board of numerous domestic and Global Business companies. Jane is responsible for the accounting and tax department at AAA.
