We specialize primarily in the design, implementation and administration of 401(k), Profit Sharing and Cash Balance Plans... Our services include: consulting on plan design, preparation of plan documents and employee notices, trust accounting, performing compliance and non-discrimination testing, preparation of government forms (including Forms 5500 and 8955), allocation of employer contributions - often maximizing owners, and withdrawal/rollover/loan processing... We are not in the investment business but partner with local financial advisors and full-service investment record-keepers. We work closely with your CPA or tax advisor and are always happy to take calls from plan participants.
