Adam Carter, youngest member the ABFX Team, has 6 years of property experience across the fields of commercial, residential, industrial property sales, residential project marketing and development & project management. His expertise is in managing developments from conception to completion with a strong knowledge of project feasibility, design & large scale sales and marketing programs.
Adam was educated in Brisbane and following service in the RAAF, then returned to Brisbane and completed a Bachelor of Business Management in Real Estate & Development at the University of Queensland.

Russell Sparke was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland as a lawyer in 1990 after obtaining his Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland Institute of Technology.
Following admission he gained extensive experience in litigation, commercial and property law working for two of Brisbane's oldest and most respected law firms. He then worked as in-house counsel for one of Australia's most successful franchise Companies during a phase of rapid expansion where the company grew from little more than a dozen stores to more than 70 stores nationwide. During this time he gained invaluable business experience overseeing operations throughout Australia.
Mr Sparke then started his own successful property development company which has developed numerous residential projects in Queensland comprising subdivisions, houses and townhouses as well as joint ventures involving medium and high density residential developments in some of Brisbane's most upmarket suburbs. Mr Sparke has also successfully acted as a property development consultant on many development projects in Queensland and one in New South Wales involving both medium and high density residential developments.
Mr Sparke has over fifteen years of experience in law and all aspects of property development from feasibility and site acquisition, design and approval, sales and marketing, finance, tendering, construction and contract administration through to project completion and settlement of final sales.
Stephen Rasmussen has an extensive background in retail banking and also consumer, small business, rural and commercial finance. Following a 19 year career with one of Australia's big four banks, Stephen went on to establish his own mortgage and finance brokerage operation in 1995.
His experience in the banking and finance arena has involved not only working in numerous locations throughout metropolitan and regional/country Queensland but, since establishing his own business has allowed him to work with and provide finance services to clientele from all works of life and across most industry sectors. While a significant portion of his business has and continues to be centred around sourcing traditional retail finance for home owners, private property investors, and the SME sector, he also has had experience in larger commercial financing and property development transactions.
In 2009 he was elected to the position of Queensland President of the Finance Broker's Association of Australia (FBAA), which is Australia's pre-eminent professional body for this industry.

Timothy Wright is a specialist in financial strategy, financial analysis and packaging of debt and equity transactions as well as a very experienced property developer.
He has acted on behalf of individuals, corporations and governments both nationally and internationally, is the Chairman of the ABFX, Managing Director of Union Equities Pty Limited and Chairman of OzzyConnect Limited.
Mr Wright's experience in property and financial affairs is international and diverse.
Mr Wright is a Queenslander by origin, educated in Brisbane and the University of New England, and has travelled the world extensively on real estate and business affairs.
Wayne Gooley has over 25 years' experience in the securities and financial services industries and is the founding shareholder of Novus Capital Limited. He is directly responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the Novus group of companies. Wayne has an extensive background in the corporate advisory, merchant banking and financial services industries with a particular focus in corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions and capital raisings generally.
Before establishing Novus in March 2001, Wayne was Head of Corporate Services at one of Australia's largest retail financial planning and stockbroking groups where he was responsible for initiating its corporate services business and managing its growth from inception to ultimately advising upon or arranging all of its corporate transactions.
Prior to that, Wayne was an Associate Director of a merchant bank specialising in corporate advisory and equity raisings and later in the Corporate Finance Division of Westpac Banking Corporation Limited. His earlier experience also included a period of seven years with the Australian Stock Exchange Limited, where he specialised in the Business and Listing Rules of the ASX. Wayne Gooley is a non-executive director and is specifically responsible to guide the company on equity and capital matters and provide vision and advice on company direction.
