Gina Sawtelle from Above and Beyond Catering was the perfect caterer for our outdoor wedding buffet for our daughter and her fiance at our home. The venue was lakeside with 210 people. Gina came to our home a few months prior, as well as two weeks prior to the wedding to confirm all that we wanted for food and service. She set up non-perishables the day before and arrived early on our wedding day to ensure all would go smoothly. The food and service were exemplary! Wedding guests are still raving about both. And, we are still enjoying leftovers. Guests were served in lightning speed as we requested. Couldn't ask for more.
